Participants will learn to recognize anxiety in children and/or adolescents, gain an understanding of different anxiety disorders, and acquire knowledge of parenting strategies to help reduce the effects of anxiety.
This session will increase personal awareness and knowledge about the positive role of sibling rivalry in a child’s development and offer strategies for parents to lessen the intensity of sibling rivalry while helping children handle conflict effectively.
The FAIR project offers support and information to help immigrant parents talk to their children about their family values and how they are connected to healthy relationships and healthy bodies.
Raising Kids in a Digital World: The Catherine Greeve Memorial Fund is hosting an evening with Gordon Neufeld, Ph.D., author of the best-selling book Hold on to Your Kids.
